Gregory Clare Criss Sr.

East Lansing

Born May 27, 1942 and died June 20, 2012 at the age of 70. He was an AA member for 25 years and loved travelling, especially out west to Montana and Wyoming.

He was preceded into heaven by his parents, Sherman , Sr. and Elva (Spayd), two brothers, Jack and Daniel, two sons, Todd and John and great-grandson J.D. Greg is survived by his wife of 41 years, Elizabeth (Betty Wohlfert); his children, Gregory (Sheila), Dorothea, and Kevin; brothers Sherman (Elsie) of Haslett and Donald (Tawanna) of Lansing. Also, as part of his legacy, surviving him are 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Towar Hart Baptist Church, 6157 Towar Avenue, East Lansing, with Pastor Jeff Howe officiating. The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
