Neil Sibert, born October 1, 1942, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 23, 2016.   Neil was a resident of Haines City, Florida at the time of his passing.  Celebration of life services were held for Neil on Saturday January 30, 2016 at the Haines City American Legion Post 34.
